It's just under 4 km from the beautiful little beaver state park, perfect for a stroll or a picnic after exploring the nearby beckley exhibition coal mine and youth museum, which is about 6.5 km away. i appreciate the friendly staff and clean facilities as a solo traveler looking for a comfortable overnight stay but the breakfast options could use some more variety.
